Through Actions, Words and Deeds, one develops a Reputation and establishes themselves in conjunction with Others in the World around them. 	ICUG presents Photo Pictorial of WFJ Arrival here in Washington, DC. The WALK FOR JUSTICE is a 3,800 mile, five-month spiritual walk which began with an opening ceremony attended by over 400 persons at Alcatraz Island near San Francisco. Led by Native American Dennis J. Banks, walkers from around the world and 21 tribal nations crossed 25 mountain ranges with elevations up to 11,300 feet, survived three blizzards, visited six Indian Reservations, organized and ran in a four-day, 1000 mile spiritual run, and presented cultural programs of traditional Native drumming, singing and dancing each night, on it's cross country journey to arrive in Washington, DC at the Lincoln Memorial

They came from as far away as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and from the inner city ghettos of San Francisco's Mission District and Chinatown, Watts in Los Angeles, Cabrini Green and the South Side of Chicago, Desire Projects in New Orleans, New York's Harlem and Spanish Harlem, the Lower East Side, Brooklyn, The Bronx and Long Island ~ the came from Philadelphia, Little Rock, New Mexico, Detroit and Native American Reservations in Minnesota and South Dakota. They came ~ Asian, Chicano, Cuban, Puerto Rican, Native American Indian, Hawaiian, African-American and White.

	"Welcome to Project 2000 - ICUG's Blueprint for The Renaissance Institute" With the ever increasing pace of Technology, Internet, E-Commerce, Online Trading, Stock Market Ups and Downs, ISDN, DSL, Fiber Optics, Wireless, Satellite telecommunications, multi-Million Dollar Corporation Mergers, Downsizing, Cutbacks and massive Employee Layoffs, the all too sad fact is that People are being left behind. In the rush to Success and Profit, it is all too common that it is at the expense of the Individual, Family and Solid Values. Without Preserving and Instilling these Solid Family Values in Our Youth and Young Adults, the Community and Society at large will suffer. Latino Link (which later changed it's name to Latino.com), polled it's online User Community and tallied 500 votes and nominations, to let the Membes decide who they felt were the most influential Hispanic Persons of the last 100 years. Here, we preserve their words, and present them for All to Read.

As I looked down, there at my feet was a rolled paper tube. Curiosity led me to pick it up, and as I unrolled it, there in my hands looking me in the eyes was the face of the noble and legendary Sitting Bull. Chief of the famous Sioux Indians and most recognized for their colorful victory in defeating Gen. George Armstrong Custer and the US Cavalry at the Battle of the Little Big Horn (also known as "Custer's Last Stand")
